Annual General Meeting 2024
The Annual General Meeting 2024 (AGM) of Amotiv Limited will be held as a hybrid meeting on Monday, 21 October 2024, commencing at 11:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDT).
Attending the AGM in person
The AGM will be held at Clarendon Rooms A & B, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Level 4, 2 Clarendon Street, South Wharf, Victoria 3006.
Registration will commence from 10:30am (AEDT).
For those attending in person, please bring your proxy form (either the hard copy or online version) so that your personalised barcode can be scanned on registration.
Attending the AGM online
To participate in the AGM online, please enter the following URL https://meetnow.global/M4WZ2QZ on your computer, tablet or smartphone, enter the company name into the 'Search for meeting' field. Select and click on the displayed meeting.
To register as a shareholder:
Select 'Shareholder', enter your SRN or HIN. Select your country and postcode if in Australia.
To register as a proxyholder:
Please click on the link in the invitation email sent to you or select 'Invitation' and enter your invite code provided in the email.
To register as a guest:
Select 'Guest' and enter your details.
Online registration will open at 10:30am (AEDT), 30 minutes before the AGM.
By participating online, you will be able to hear the discussion, ask questions and vote online during the meeting.
